Sono andato a controllare l’articolo: non contiene nessun riferimento agli assistiti dell’avvocato. Gli assistiti vengono citati soltanto nei commenti all’articolo, e comunque solo per segnalare un allarme-catena di sant’Antonio che li riguarda.
Ho risposto chiedendo prima di tutto di comunicare tramite la mia casella PEC (paolo.attivissimo@pec.net), come faccio sempre in casi come questo.
La richiesta è comunque mal posta, dato che mi viene chiesto di eliminare un articolo quando sarebbe più che sufficiente eliminare i commenti che citano gli assistiti.
